Trixie Mattel Keeps Fans Excited About Upcoming TV Show, ‘Trixie Motel’
Drag superstar Trixie Mattel is getting her fans excited about her upcoming show, Trixie Motel, scheduled to stream on Discovery+ next year. Mattel posted a ‘Save the Date’ graphic on Instagram to encourage fans to follow the Trixie Motel Instagram account.
The outrageously funny drag diva invested their life savings into a rundown motel in Palm Springs. So, the reality show follows the massive renovation which requires help from their boyfriend and co-owner, David, and other fabulous helpers.
“I can’t wait to give this rundown motel the facelift it so desperately needs,” said Mattel. “With help from my most famous celebrity friends, we’re going to create the glossiest drag motel of your wildest fever-dreams.”
Mattel and the team will revamp a commercial kitchen, pool area, and seven themed motel rooms to create the ultimate drag paradise.
Earlier this year, Discovery+ greenlit Trixie Motel for eight hour-long episodes. And let’s be honest, half the fun will be watching how Mattel and the team handle unexpected remodeling issues as they pop up during the process.

Her team greenlights home content for Discovery+. “We know Trixie will create a fantasy-filled motel makeover with grit, wigs, and fun. It’ll be a series unlike any we’ve seen before.
