Transformation Retreat on the Greek Island of Kea

Imagine coming face-to-face with yourself and your spirations for 2025 in the tranquil surroundings of a Cycladic island and under the expert care of a coach?

Expert in Epigenetic Coaching & Psychophysiognomy (face reading) in leadership development, Meike Bettscheider has announced her upcoming retreat on the island of Kea, Greece, for June 2025.

Bettscheider partnered with Agrikea Resort for the retreat. Agrikea is a luxurious yet bioclimatic resort located in the unspoiled nature of the Greek Cyclades. The island of Kea is relatively undiscovered by tourism, yet participants can reach the resort in just over an hour by ferry from Athens.

The serene and highly private environment sets the stage for a personal development journey and high-end networking for 10 participants who are striving for more.

Bettscheider is an architect of change. Her expertise is grounded in an Executive MBA from Chicago Booth and an Executive Master of Coaching and Consulting in Change Management from INSEAD, France, with further executive studies in Hong Kong and London.

With a journey that spans continents, Meike has a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics—work assignments have included Switzerland, where she set up a branch of a foundation supporting 71 countries, and Munich, where she took on the role of VP of Business Development, overseeing operations across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

Meike now provides coaching and consulting services with Compass Setting from her new home in Greece. Meike’s unique approach to leadership development integrates Epigenetic Coaching and Psycho-Physiognomy (Facereading), empowering leaders to transform challenges into opportunities.

More and more high performers are discovering face reading as a new superpower, giving them insight into the intrinsic qualities of themselves, their teams, and their clients.
