Spring Morning Routine Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients (makes 2)

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 20oz sparkling water or club soda Lime slices and mint sprigs

Method

Step 1: In a pitcher, muddle the lime wedges and mint leaves together to release their juices and aroma.

Step 2: Add Morning Routine and honey/simple syrup if using.  Pour sparkling water over the mixture and gently stir well.

Step 3: Fill a separate glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint. Pour half of the mojito mix over ice.
