Kylie Minogue Scores First Las Vegas Residency at the New Voltaire

Attention Queer Kylie Minogue Fans! The pop diva will start her first-ever Las Vegas residency in November. Due to the demand, more show dates have been added and tickets go on sale tomorrow, August 17.

For any queer who’s been listening to music this summer then you’ve probably heard Kylie Minogue’s catchy tune “Padam Padam,” her first US Top 40 hit in the US in more than 20 years. Well, now the pop superstar from Down Under will serenade fans in her first-ever Las Vegas residency at the new Voltaire located at The Venetian^® Resort Las Vegas. And that’s great news if you missed her as the headliner for Sydney WorldPride’s Opening Concert in March.

Opening November 3, Voltaire is expected to blur the lines between an intimate club, concert, and non-stop entertainment venue. With fans fevered anticipation for her upcoming album “Tension,” Minogue will be the first to hit the center stage of the 1000-seat Voltaire, ushering in a new destination nightlife scene in Las Vegas. The new venue is touted as “the pregame, main event, and late-night after-party rolled into one – an experience currently unmatched in Las Vegas that unlocks a new evening out that is elevated, transformative, but most of all, fun.”

The prevailing theme, Belle de Nuit, or Beauty of the Night is evocative of veils and mystery, of come-to-play, and dress-to-express. A simple but memorable table service includes indulgences from fine spirits and champagne to caviar and cookies – and an atmosphere where guests can truly connect.

Minogue said her friends and family are as excited as she is about her residency and the show at the new Las Vegas venue.

“Voltaire is so exciting because it’s a couture venue. This is all brand new, and all done with a lot of intention for the experience of us as performers but for everyone who comes to experience the night, whichever part of the night they choose to come and experience,” said Minogue. “For me, I’m looking forward to my time in Vegas, primarily to create this experience, to be able to deliver fun and this dream-like space.”
