Jack Bartholet Returns to Legendary New York Night Spot

In NYC and looking for somewhere to warm up with great food, a legendary atmosphere, and excellent cabaret? Catch out entertainer Jack Bartholet in his very timely show.

One of our favorite young multitalented performers, Jack Bartholet, turns fury into fabulosity one high note at a time in “CabaRAGE,” a show that reminds us how timely and prescient the cabaret genre can be.  Refered to as the “enchanting, dreamy cabaret darling” by Adam Feldman in Time Out, we are delighted to welcome back this daring cabaret prodigy.  With music direction by Trevor Pierce, this show plays for two nights only: Friday and Saturday, February 21 and 22, both at 9:30 pm.

All shows take place in Pangea’s 60-seat jewel box Cabaret Room.

Pangea’s co-owners are entertainment director Stephen Shanaghan and interior design director Arnoldo Caballero y Cespedes. Tickets, which range from $20 to $30, can be purchased at www.pangeany.com. There is a $20 food and drink minimum per person.

Pangea is located at 178 Second Avenue (between 11th & 12th Streets) on Manhattan’s East Village.

Since it began presenting live entertainment in 2015, Pangea “has vaulted to the forefront of the alt-cabaret scene!” according to Elisabeth Vincentelli of The New York Times.  The recipient of the prestigious Village Award (presented by Village Preservation in 2021) , Pangea continues to uphold the East Village’s tradition of producing rule-breaking, iconoclastic performance.
