Hilton Opens New All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta

From bear-friendly events, such as Beef Dip, to its vibrant queer nightlife, Puerto Vallarta has remained a popular travel destination for LGBTQ+ travelers. And now, we have another option to stay when visiting the beach town. Hilton just expanded its all-inclusive offerings in Mexico by opening the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, located between the beaches along the Bay of Banderas and the majestic Sierra Madre Mountains.

All 444 rooms at the resort feature walk-in rainfall showers, private balconies, and terraces overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Some suites offer a whirlpool tub, too. Other amenities at the all-inclusive resort include two infinity pools and six craft cocktail bars. A half dozen on-site restaurants serve a variety of cuisines such as seafood, Asian, Italian, tapas, sushi, and of course, Mexican. Guests can begin their mornings with a breakfast buffet at Vela Food Hall, followed by lunch with a taste of Italy at La Luce, or enjoy the flavors of Mexico at Maxal.

“We’re excited to welcome guests to Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, where there is something for everyone – first-class facilities and amenities, a gorgeous setting amid the beach and lush rainforest, magnificent sunsets, and exquisite cuisine,” said Danny Hughes, Executive Vice President and President, Americas, Hilton.

The resort provides an oasis for rest and relaxation at the Eforea Spa. Guests can soothe their minds, body, and soul while taking in the beautiful views from an oceanfront sanctuary. Indulge in rejuvenating massage treatments and facials or invigorating hydrotherapy. Unwind and spend some time in the steam room, sauna, or one of the whirlpools.

LGBTQ+ guests will have to call an Uber for the 20-minute drive to the gayborhood, Zona Romántico. So, plan ahead before heading out for a night on the town. The resort is only nine miles from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) and less than three miles from the Historic Downtown district, where you can take a stroll along the iconic Malecon boardwalk.

And if resort guests are feeling adventurous, they can consult the concierge to arrange visits to the rocky arch formation known as “Arcos de Vallarta” or coordinate other outdoor activities, such as rainforest hikes, rappelling, or zip-lining through the jungle.
