FLoatarama, America’s Largest LGBTQ+ Pride-on-Water Returns to Fort Lauderdale
FLoatarama, the party and fundraiser, is on June 21, with proceeds supporting LGBTQ+ youth and serving nonprofits in South Florida.
FLoatarama, the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ Pride-on-Water event, proudly announces the return of its annual signature fundraiser, setting sail through Fort Lauderdale’s iconic waterways on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

This year’s Grand Marshal, Alex Miranda, a beloved personality from WSVN’s Deco Drive, will welcome 500 guests aboard the luxurious Yacht Catalina. The vibrant event unites the community to celebrate Pride while raising crucial funds and awareness for South Florida LGBTQ+ youth-serving organizations.
“FLoatarama is more than just a celebration—it’s a powerful way to give back to the next generation,” said Scott Schramm and Roderick MacKenzie, co-founders of FLoatarama.
“We are thrilled to see the continued support that allows our philanthropic members to fund vital programs for LGBTQ+ youth in our community.”
A Day of Celebration on the Water
The festivities begin at 10 a.m. at Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill’s spacious Intracoastal dock, where guests will enjoy a complimentary mimosa bar and receive an exclusive, custom-designed FLoatarama T-shirt by Chris Lopez.
At 11 a.m., the 2.5-hour Brunch Cruise sets sail, featuring a premium open bar, a delectable brunch spread, and beats by the renowned DJ Ronnie Minutella. Drinks will be served by Hunter’s Nightclub’s finest bartenders, ensuring a top-tier experience.
The celebration doesn’t stop when the yacht returns. Guests will transition into an exclusive waterfront Tea Dance at Bokamper’s massive patio, dancing into the afternoon with the electrifying sounds of DJ Trevor Oldroyd.

A Commitment to Community Impact
