Rent Carrie Bradshaw’s ‘Sex and the City’ Apartment on Airbnb

If you’re a fan of the TV show, Sex and the City, you will have a chance to step into Carrie Bradshaw’s Manolo Blahnik heels. Ok, maybe not literally, but you can rent the fictional New Yorker’s apartment.

On Wednesday, Airbnb announced that it is renting out a recreation of Carrie’s iconic brownstone apartment in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood for $23 a night. Fans may see the price point as a nod to the iconic show’s premiere date 23 years ago. Booking for the Bradshaw apartment opens on Nov. 8 at 12 p.m. EST. The apartment is only available for one-night stays on Nov. 12 and Nov. 13.

In case you didn’t know, Carrie rented a one-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side for $700 a month on HBO’s groundbreaking show. And this Airbnb rental tries to stay true to the show by including Carrie’s essentials such as her overflowing closet, landline phone, laptop, and the palm leaf-printed bench at the end of the bed.

To make this a seamless experience, Sara Jessica Parker gets in on the action as the host and, in character, provides lucky occupants with a virtual greeting.

The stay also comes with brunch in Chelsea and a dress-up photo shoot in Carrie’s wardrobe, and Airbnb has pledged to make a one-time donation to The Studio Museum, a contemporary art museum in Harlem devoted to featuring works by artists of African descent.

Airbnb’s announcement comes a month before the upcoming 10-episode series revival And Just Like That is scheduled to stream on HBO Max. We can’t wait for all the kiki seshs between Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte. And how will they explain Samantha’s exit after Kim Cattrall decided not to return? Ah, the drama of it all!
